Payment Refund and Booking cancellation policy


This is Daily help cleaning services L.L.C policy for Online Payments, Refunds and Cancellations (“Policy?). This policy applies only to activities Daily Help ("Company") engages in on its website www.dailyhelp.ae ("Website") and does not apply to Daily help activities that are "offline" or unrelated to the website.


PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

The Website user will receive payment confirmation by email on the email address given at the time of order. The confirmation will be sent by the Company after the payment has been processed as soon as practically possible


REFUNDS

If a user perceives that the service delivered was unsatisfactory or caused damages to the user’s property, Home insurance and it is the responsibility of our client and Website user to ensure to bring such cases to the attention of the Company by emailing Info@dailyhelp.ae within 24 hours of such an incident We accept liability up to the value of the premium or a maximum of AED 500.

The DAILY HELP cleaning services L.L.C will attempt to compensate the losses and will do this on a “best effort? basis however does not in any way guarantee that any compensation is paid to the user or that the user is refunded for the service cost. The Company may at its own discretion decide to partially or fully refund a user of the Website.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing back of the credit card.


CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

If you need to can cancel/ postpone your booking please inform us 24 hours in advance in order to avoid any cancellation charges. Failing to do so will be charged as per company’s policy.

More than 24 hours notice will charge 50% of booking cost.

Less than 12 hours notice will charge 100% of booking cost.
